Peper & Zout II (eekhoorn)

Pepper & salt is a dutch way of describing one’s beard – or fur, when it consists of grey / brown / blonde / red / white hairs in a mix.
I enjoyed transforming a tiny b&w pen drawing to a large scale, swapping the black lines for thicker ones and in color.
This makes a great diptych with Peper & Zout I (dog), see here.

Printed in 5 warm & vibrant colors; chocolate brown, pink, orange, caramel and bottle green. Feel free to drop by in my studio to take a closer look.
